About Me

At my current employment, I am responsible for improving and streamlining processes to ensure the Production & Design Department is operating efficiently. I address departmental issues, such as quality control on products and processes; prototype creation with style guides and upkeep of templates; and research and implement tools such as scripts, GREPs, and batching techniques. Additionally, I train production employees by creating documentation for product development, maintain file organization, and serve as a lead designer on projects. My additional responsibilities include ensuring that all maintenance, upgrades, and changes to hardware and software for the production and design department are properly vetted and tested before implementation. I coordinate with the Production and Design and Information Technology (IT) departments to oversee new hardware/software/system updates, troubleshoot server issues relevant to the production department, and test new hardware/software before departmental implementation. I am privileged to work closely with the Production & Design Managers, IT Department, and Editorial Project Managers.
